I believe that healing and change happen when we feel safe, connected, and understood in the context of our lives.

I’m also deeply influenced by Single Session Thinking—not as a one-off intervention, but as a mindset. It’s about making the most of each interaction, being intentional with time, and ensuring support is timely and accessible. Every conversation matters, and each one has the potential to make a meaningful difference.

I’m Katy, a systemic psychotherapist (family therapist) and supervisor dedicated to creating safe, respectful spaces for meaningful change. My work is grounded in the belief that we are shaped by the relationships and systems around us, and that real transformation happens when we explore these connections with curiosity and care.

With a background in youth work, mental health, and social care across the UK and Australia, I offer therapy, supervision, and training that’s collaborative, trauma-informed, and responsive to your needs.
